Efficacy of Deforolimus

Welcome to the SUCCEED trial Web site where you will find information on SUCCEED: Sarcoma Multi-Center Clinical Evaluation of the Efficacy of Deforolimus. SUCCEED is a multinational, randomized, Phase 3, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of oral deforolimus in patients diagnosed with metastatic soft-tissue or bone sarcomas.1

Deforolimus is an investigational agent and has not been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or regulatory agencies in any other country.
